These Terms of Use apply to this website and its property search, location guides, articles, enquiry forms, valuation requests and property finder services. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

“Real Estate Dominican Republic”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the public brand operating this website. Questions about these terms may be sent through our Contact page.

The website provides real estate information and a way to make enquiries about buying, renting or listing property in the Dominican Republic. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, website content is general information and does not itself create an agency, brokerage, advisory, fiduciary or other professional relationship.

Submitting a form is a request for contact. It is not an offer, acceptance, reservation, purchase agreement, lease, valuation certificate or guarantee that a property or service is available. Any representation agreement, reservation, sale, lease or other service must be documented separately by the relevant parties.

Property details may be supplied by our customer relationship management system, property owners, developers, agents or other sources. We aim to present them accurately, but availability, asking price, rental period, currency, dimensions, features, photographs, maps, fees, taxes and other details may change or contain errors.

A listing is not a contractual offer. You should confirm all material information before relying on it. Unless expressly stated, prices do not necessarily include transfer costs, taxes, legal fees, financing costs, maintenance charges, utilities, furnishings or other transaction expenses. Currency conversions, if shown, are indicative only.

Map markers and neighbourhood descriptions are for orientation and may not show an exact boundary or property position.

Real estate decisions can involve legal title, surveys, permits, zoning, condominium rules, rental restrictions, tax, immigration, financing, insurance, environmental conditions and other matters. Website content and communications are not legal, tax, financial, engineering, surveying or investment advice.

Before entering a transaction, obtain independent advice from qualified Dominican Republic professionals and verify title, identity, authority to sell or rent, boundaries, condition, permits, charges and any other matter important to you. You remain responsible for your decisions and for reading and understanding any agreement you sign.

Any initial pricing opinion or property suggestion provided after an online request is indicative and may depend on information supplied by you or third parties. It is not a formal appraisal, promise of a sale or rental, or guarantee of a particular price, return, occupancy or completion date.

You agree that information submitted through a form is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to provide property details and contact information included in the request.

When you submit a form, you consent to receiving communications reasonably connected with that request by email, telephone, messaging service or another contact method you provided. Electronic records and communications may be used in accordance with applicable Dominican Republic law, including Law No. 126-02 on Electronic Commerce, Documents and Digital Signatures.

Marketing communications, if any, remain subject to the choices and rights described in our Privacy Policy.

You may use the website only for lawful, personal or legitimate business purposes. You must not:

• submit false, misleading, unlawful or unauthorised information;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
• interfere with security, availability or normal operation;
• introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access;

We may restrict access or remove submissions where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or our rights.

The website design, branding, text, curated data, graphics and original media are owned by or licensed to Real Estate Dominican Republic and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Property photographs and third-party materials may belong to their respective owners.

You may view and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, sell or commercially exploit substantial website content without the relevant rights holder’s permission.

The website may link to or display services operated by other parties, including mapping, video, messaging, property, developer and professional-service websites. We do not control their content, availability, security or terms. A link or embedded service does not by itself mean we endorse every statement, product or service on it.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on unverified listing information, third-party content, external services, website interruption or unauthorised use beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights under Dominican Republic law, including Law No. 358-05 where applicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Subject to any mandatory consumer right or jurisdiction, disputes relating to the website will be submitted to the competent courts of the Dominican Republic. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should try in good faith to resolve the matter directly.

We may update these terms when the website, our services or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated version is posted means the new terms apply from their stated effective date.
