Pet-Friendly 3-Bedroom Pool Villa in Sosua

A private pool, three en-suite bedrooms and space for the whole family, including the dog. This modern two-story home for rent in Sosúa sits behind its own gate in a small residential complex, making it easy to settle in for the long term.

The ground floor opens into a bright living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, refrigerator and microwave. Glass sliding doors lead to a covered terrace with outdoor seating, a barbecue grill and a patch of lawn, with the plunge pool just steps away. A guest bathroom on this level keeps visitors out of the private spaces upstairs.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom, finished in warm wood-look tile with a glass-enclosed rainfall shower. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the rooms cool, and an upstairs balcony with a glass railing looks out over tropical greenery.

Sosúa makes daily life simple, with supermarkets, restaurants, international schools and the calm waters of Sosúa Bay all part of the town, while Cabarete and the Puerto Plata airport are an easy drive away.

Parking is included and pets are welcome, which makes this 3 bedroom rental in Sosúa a great match for families, remote workers or anyone relocating with their animals. The home comes furnished, so you can move in without starting from scratch.
